Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 21, 2026

Overview

Nexum Consulting operates nexumconsulting.net (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

  • Information you provide directly - such as your name, email address, company details, and any message content when you submit the assessment request form or contact us by email.
  • Information collected automatically - such as pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location, and referral source, collected through Google Analytics and related Google tools described below.

Analytics and Advertising Data (Google Services)

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect standard internet activity and interaction data.

We also use Google Signals, which allows Google Analytics to associate data from your visit with information from your Google Account if you are signed in and have Ads Personalization enabled. This may include aggregated demographic and interest data, and allows us to build audiences for remarketing purposes. Google Signals is only active for users who have consented to Ads Personalization at the Google Account level; you can control this at any time through Google Ad Settings or My Activity.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us and Google recognize your browser and understand site usage. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality but will not prevent you from viewing the Site's content.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and assessment requests you submit to us.
  • To understand and improve how the Site is used.
  • To measure the effectiveness of our outreach and, where applicable, build remarketing audiences.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share information you submit through our contact or assessment forms with third parties, other than the service providers necessary to operate the Site.

Third-Party Services

The Site uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Data Retention

We retain information submitted through our forms for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
